Domaine de Roquefun exists for 4 generations. The wine is vinified traditionally in the vats of the Rear Grandfather of Gilles Verdu. The semi-buried concrete tanks guarantee a perfect temperature control for vinification.
Made by her partner Sandrine, respecting the know-how of the domaine, this wine-making emphasizes the fruit and the freshness of the wines, so that the wine remains a moment of sharing and conviviality.
The vineyard is made up of vines endemic to the soil: grenache, carignan, cinsault, planted since 30 years and more. The vermentino, a white grape variety that is found in Corsica and Italy, and which adapts perfectly to our very dry and windy terroir, is vinified in mono grape variety
